Amy C. Egloff and Jared M. Wood bring over twenty years of combined experience to their practice. After clerking for the Justices of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court, Attorney Egloff and Attorney Wood practiced in downtown Boston at boutique family law firms. We located our practice in Newton in order to provide the same level of service and expertise to clients in the Boston suburbs.

We concentrate our practice on all aspects of domestic relations and family law including divorce, alimony, child support, custody, post-divorce modifications, enforcement of court orders, prenuptial agreements and postnuptial agreements. Many of our cases involve complex matrimonial matters, including family trusts, closely-held businesses, stock options and other executive compensation, transfer of real estate, and diverse investments.

Depending on the needs of the client and the circumstances, Attorney Egloff and Attorney Wood will use litigation, mediation, or both to resolve a case.
